- For
- Small Idaho contractors in four listed trades
- Worth noticing
- Briefs flag bonding, licensing, site walks, addenda, and schedule penalties; the displayed sample is explicitly fictional.
Field notes
The service asks contractors to specify their trades, travel area, and preferred job size, then says it checks public boards every weekday and emails matches. Briefs cover due times, pre-bid meetings, bonding, licensing, scope, penalties, and addenda, with links to agency postings for the actual bid. The displayed restroom-project read is explicitly a made-up example; the operator says it has no client list yet and is using pilot feedback to refine the service.
