A birthday present with ten possible websites
Ala presents ten website designs made for developer Jayda Touati, each telling the same story in a different visual style.
- For
- Jayda Touati, a full-stack developer
- Worth noticing
- The ten concepts range from a cyanotype-blue technical drawing sheet to a terminal session and an airmail letter.
Field notes
The public page frames the work as a birthday present from Ala and says each version tells the same account of Jayda’s work, skills, and path from her first IT steps to co-founding CodePal. The ten direction notes specify different visual systems, including a cyanotype-blue drafting sheet with grids and dimension lines, a hand-drawn kitchen theme, and an airmail letter; the recipient is invited to view them on a phone and select a favorite. A password prompt appears before the gift is opened, though the concepts themselves are listed on the page.
