- For
- Slovenian households planning for outages and disasters
- Worth noticing
- Its solar section explains why grid-tied rooftop systems may shut down in an outage, and lists questions to ask an installer.
Field notes
The guide breaks preparedness into ordered actions, checklists, quantities, and materials rather than presenting only broad advice. The page cites 224 litres as a two-week water requirement for a family of four and lists plans ranging from a solar food dryer to an off-grid electrical setup. It also includes historical examples and Slovene-specific references such as the 2014 ice storm and the August 2023 floods.
