- For
- Mac users editing text across apps
- Worth noticing
- Each rewrite uses a profile-specific shortcut; the page says the original text can be restored with ⌘Z.
Field notes
The page demonstrates three built-in rewrite profiles—Friendly, Corporate, and Tech—and says users can add profiles with plain-language rules for tone, length, or language. Its cloud setup lists OpenRouter, OpenAI, Anthropic, and Gemini, with provider keys described as staying in macOS Keychain. Alternatively, the page gives an Ollama setup path for running a model on the Mac. Installation is offered as a Mac download, with a Homebrew command also shown.
