털리미 (Teollimi): Korea’s breach ledger
A Korean-language tracker that collects reported personal-data breaches by company, service, date, scale, exposed information, and compensation status.
- For
- Korean users checking a service’s breach history
- Worth noticing
- Incidents without a disclosed victim count are counted as cases, not people; duplicate incidents are included in the aggregate.
Field notes
Incident listings provide source references alongside dates and available details about affected people, exposed information, and company compensation status. The service also lets visitors select services for a repeat-incident tally. Its counting notes distinguish cases from people when no headcount is reported, allow discovery or announcement dates to stand in when breach dates are unknown, and exclude cases whose only known date is a sanction date. The site says it does not store visitors’ personal data.
