Field notes
The described workflow assigns different steps to the bay team, supervisors, operators and site team, with records captured on tablets at the point of work. For stock rotation, the next pick is the oldest batch; the customer desktop is described as view-only and supports CSV export. The page says each site can use its own stages, checklist, wording and look on a shared core.
