Field notes
The described workflow combines named-entity detection with fixed-format patterns, then assigns the same placeholder wherever a value recurs. It also removes file properties, comments, tracked changes, and attachments, and says it lists what it removed. The accuracy results are based on generated documents; the page specifically warns users to check some gaps by hand, including Liechtenstein phone numbers and parcel numbers in French and Italian.
