Field Log sets up volunteer tracking for Trout Unlimited chapters

Field notes

The setup flow asks the coordinator to select a state and chapter, then enter the spreadsheet recipient's name and email. The page says it creates a waiver naming the chapter and state law, builds an Annual Activity Report, and shares the spreadsheet; volunteers can be directed to the app with a meeting code or printable flyer. The extracted page does not show the logging interface itself.
