- Worth noticing
- It flags embedded pictures, auto-traced shapes, live text, and mismatches between a file’s extension and its actual contents.
Field notes
The grading guide separates true vector artwork from mixed files, auto-traced shapes, pictures wrapped in vector formats, and ordinary raster images. It also calls out live text as a possible printing problem if the printer lacks the font. For EPS files, the page distinguishes a full server-side check, which it says requires prior permission, from a less-certain local check.
