ThreadFile turns logos into embroidery machine files
A beta converter that takes logo artwork or lettering and produces embroidery-machine files with settings for hoop size, fabric, and thread colors.
- For
- Embroidery shops handling logos, names, and badges
- Worth noticing
- The preflight rejects designs below 5 mm rather than silently shrinking detail; each ZIP reportedly includes a run sheet.
Field notes
The upload form accepts PNG, JPG, or WEBP files up to 25 MB, then lets the user set output width, hoop size, thread-color ceiling, and fabric profile. The page says each ZIP contains six machine formats, a stitch preview, and a run sheet listing size, stitch count, and thread colors in stitch order. Lettering and monograms have a separate workflow with four styles; the site labels the converter beta and says checkout is still being finished.
