Tonalo is a free, open-source player for personal Navidrome and Subsonic music libraries, with apps for LG TVs and iPhone plus Apple Watch and CarPlay support.

Landing page captured for the 2026-10-31 issue.

For: Navidrome and Subsonic server owners
Worth noticing: On webOS, arrows and OK handle navigation; embedded lyrics or a neighboring .lrc file can drive line-by-line lyrics.

Field notes

The TV interface is built around remote controls: songs can be moved in the queue with the arrows, and the site says that queue survives a restart. For lyrics, Tonalo describes reading either embedded text or a neighboring .lrc file; the homepage also lists nine interface languages and ReplayGain volume leveling.
