RareCert: a directory for hard-to-find technical certifications
A French-language prototype for finding highly specialized technical workers by certification, standard, region, and availability.
- For
- Companies seeking specialized technical workers
- Worth noticing
- A fictional sample profile lists COFREND qualifications, a CEFRI certification in progress, and an EN ISO 9712 renewal interval.
Field notes
The mock profile illustrates the intended level of detail: separate qualification entries, verification labels, an in-progress certification, and a cited standard with its renewal interval. The homepage lists several specialty families and says users could filter by region and availability. It reports zero profiles and companies, and explicitly warns that its sample listings are fictional, so the directory's matching and verification workflow is presented rather than demonstrated.
