- For
- Readers who enjoy absurdist comparisons and British comedy references
- Worth noticing
- It cites a February 2010 Sean Lock bit and links to the relevant YouTube moment; every listed model is explicitly imaginary.
Field notes
The catalog treats three invented models—the Classic Oak, Executive Drop, and Budget Plunge—as if they were products, with details such as finish, release method, and gravity included. A side-by-side grid scores their creaks and dramatic potential, while the page labels prices and reviews as fictional and warns against installing a hole in a home. Its origin story points readers to a specific Sean Lock segment and a linked YouTube clip.
