우리성당 (Woori Church): an online Catholic prayer space
A Korean-led Catholic site brings together virtual church spaces, guided rosary prayer, age-based catechesis, and pilgrimage information.
- For
- Catholics and people exploring Catholic practice
- Worth noticing
- The rosary guide specifies 53 small beads and six large ones, and says progress is saved on the device.
Field notes
The page separates its prayer, rosary, learning, and pilgrimage sections rather than treating them as one undifferentiated devotional feed. Catechesis is grouped by age and described as a site-written summary based on the Vatican's Catechism; the page explicitly says it is not an approved teaching text and recommends parish instruction for sacramental preparation. Parish photo submissions are described as opening a prayer space after 24 hours, while the site cautions that these spaces are not precise 3D reconstructions.
