An interactive color tool suggests proportions for mixing a target color from a catalog of oil paints.

Landing page captured for the 2026-11-03 issue.

For: Oil painters exploring color mixes
Worth noticing: Its 138-color catalog draws on cited paint charts, but the HEX values are digital samples rather than physical paint measurements.

Field notes

Visitors can set a total mix amount and weight unit, then view ingredient quantities alongside percentages and paint catalog codes. The listed colors include named pigments such as Cadmium Red Deep and Raw Umber (Green Shade), with links to Winsor & Newton color references. The page labels its digital color comparison as an estimate and says recipes do not guarantee a match.
