Field notes
The leaderboard compares each active regime’s channel grades with what a typical club got from the same kind of move; the page explains a 20–80 scale, average at 50, and A/F cutoffs. Displayed channels include drafts, trades, free agency, waivers and minor-league signings, extensions, retention, development, and on-field success. The methodology section says its Ledger WAR is built from public data and distinguishes realized results from projections.
