Field notes
The workflow accepts voice messages as well as typed notes, and the page shows example outputs with activity, observed behavior, staff support, and the child’s response separated into fields. It also describes collecting short recordings during the day and combining them later, with records separated by user number. Word and Excel exports are presented as optional, and the service says names are not collected; staff fill names into the documents themselves.
