- For
- Big Brothers Big Sisters agency staff
- Worth noticing
- The page says each specialist reviews only their own caseload, while managers get a read-only view of review progress.
Field notes
The described workflow starts with MatchForce check-in notes and gives each specialist a private link limited to their caseload; managers can monitor progress in a read-only overview. The page says review takes about 2 to 3 minutes per match and allows a shorter version for a quieter year. It also distinguishes agency-wide and partner recaps, which use totals rather than individual match details.
