Field notes
The proposed device creates a local network for sign-in, so the workflow is designed for places where mobile service is absent. The page shows separate participant and leader views: participants sign on their own phones, while leaders can review the list, check people back in, and save records. It describes CSV and ZIP exports, with signatures included in the ZIP.
