A mock sleep institute catalogs reports of a beret-wearing woman appearing in people’s dreams.

Landing page captured for the 2026-11-04 issue.

For: Readers of uncanny dream folklore and Phase Connect parody
Worth noticing: The page lists 46 sightings while witnesses were awake, watching a stream at 4 AM.

Field notes

The page turns a recurring-dream premise into a mock case file, complete with a composite sketch and a tally split by type of encounter. Its reported categories range from her adjusting a beret to sightings while a witness is awake watching a stream at 4 AM. The footer identifies the site as an unofficial fan parody, says the Phase World Institute for Sleep Studies does not exist, and credits the This Man art project as inspiration.
