YoJudge turns yo-yo freestyle judging into a timestamped clicker
A browser tool for scoring yo-yo freestyle routines alongside YouTube video, with each judge’s clicks attached to the moment they happened.
- For
- Yo-yo freestyle judges and routine reviewers
- Worth noticing
- Each scoring click is timed to a hundredth of a second, and judges can fork another scoring with changes visible.
Field notes
Drafts are stored in the current browser as the judge works, and the scoring timeline supports replaying from two seconds before a selected record. A saved scoring gets versions, can be rolled back, and can be forked by another judge; the page shows examples of merged and split clicks as well as notes attached to records. The listed freestyle rules assign +1 for a clean element, −1 for a miss, and zero for a non-scoring trick. Saving requires Google sign-in; the page says scoring and browsing do not.
