- For
- Japanese dinner organizers splitting bills by seniority
- Worth noticing
- It explains how 100-yen rounding leftovers are assigned, and lets the organizer choose who covers any remaining amount.
Field notes
The instructions distinguish equal splitting from three levels of weighted splitting, and explain how a rank difference affects per-person amounts. For each round, users can change participants, the bill, the weighting, and who covers leftovers; the page says those changes reset any manual rank-level adjustments. It also says inputs stay in the current browser, while warning that iPhone Safari may discard them if the page is left unused for a while.
