Field notes
A sample chat sequence shows an Escondido trimming-and-cleanup shift seeking two workers at $180 per day, followed by an application, owner selection, and hire notification. Owners enter the job type, date, time, crew size, pay, and city; applicants can present ratings, skills, tools, and transportation. The site says phone numbers are shared only after a hire and work payment passes in cash from owner to worker; it does not display a roster of live jobs.
