Jour des clés, a VEFA handover checklist
A French tool for recording defects during a new-build home handover, with room-by-room checks, annotated photos, a PDF for the handover report and follow-up tracking.
- For
- Buyers receiving a new-build VEFA home
- Worth noticing
- A sample reservation progresses through “Signalée,” “Relancée” and “Levée,” with a visible countdown to the next deadline.
Field notes
On the sample screen, a reservation moves through Signalée, Relancée and Levée, with a next-deadline countdown. The generated document is numbered and grouped by room, includes annotated photos and signature areas, and is presented as an annex to the handover report. The site also lists a printable room-by-room checklist, a deadline calculator covering several warranty periods, and short practical guides. It explicitly says the tool is organizational, not legal advice.
