Field notes
The estimate preview breaks a painting job into measured walls, trim, and prep hours, with each amount calculated from a saved rate. The template descriptions also distinguish trade-specific billing situations, such as cleaning proposals for recurring contracts and contractor invoices for work paid in stages. The site says payment links and QR codes remain free, while branding, reminders, and sync are listed under Pro.
