Field notes
The homepage separates Budget Watch from Community Matters, environment, community voices, women, peace and security, and ecotourism coverage, with named report formats and bylines. Its explainer is framed as a citizen guide: it covers five phases of the local budget process, financial terms, and preparing an inquiry, while the coverage also connects audit findings to project readiness and follow-up questions for local councils.
