Field notes
The Guild Board frames participation as concrete village work, with quests tied to needs such as keeping Wyrmfell warm and fed until spring. Character settings include story, ambition, and appearance, while the recap records changes such as a wall, windmill, inn, and Guild Hall. The page also says real Scottish Highlands weather informs the setting.
