Cuelora puts theater captions on the audience’s own screens
Cuelora offers theater tools for live captions and audio, casting and hiring rounds, and—still in development—schedules and nightly reports.
- For
- Theater teams providing captions and audio description
- Worth noticing
- The sample show uses public-domain Twelfth Night lines and explicitly identifies its theater and patrons as fictional.
Field notes
The Pro walkthrough follows a show from doors opening through curtain: patrons scan a venue Wi-Fi QR code, choose a language and text size, and can read on a phone, shared browser display, or LED sign. Rehearsal mode presents script lines and operator controls for cast practice between shows. The sample includes a live Audio Description sequence and a local report at curtain; the site presents these as product behavior, while identifying the demonstration's venue and patrons as fictional.
