Townlens puts apartment trade-offs on one comparison sheet
A Korean-language tool for comparing apartment complexes across the Seoul metropolitan area by transit, schools, parking, parks, and nearby shopping.
- For
- People comparing apartment complexes in metropolitan Seoul
- Worth noticing
- Commute time to a chosen workplace or school is shown separately, not included in the total score.
Field notes
Users can select up to ten complexes, inspect category scores and underlying values, hide rows with small differences, and share the comparison through a copied URL. Scores rank metropolitan-area complexes from 0 to 100, then combine five categories using weights users can change. The page names Ministry of Land, K-apt, and Small Enterprise and Market Service data among its sources; it says missing category data prevents a total, while unknown household count and highest-floor data are scored as zero.
