- For
- Model-flying club committees and prospective pilots
- Worth noticing
- The RAAID example offers flying mornings over the next two weeks and displays field wind, a favoured runway, and a four-day forecast.
Field notes
The sample RAAID site asks visitors whether they are new or experienced, lets them choose one of the club’s listed flying mornings over the next two weeks, and collects their name and contact details. The page says the committee can see who is coming, while a separate field display combines nearby weather stations, a favoured runway, and a four-day forecast. Nic identifies himself as a RAAID member and says he rebuilt that club’s site first.
