Field notes
The described workflow starts with a phone photo and recommends good light and one clear subject, with background clutter set aside so the main subject stands out. The resulting chart is presented with a color key and yarn weight; users can change the palette to match yarn they already own and adjust individual stitches. The page says users can save a printable PDF or download a chart file for a Ravelry library.
