Field notes
The interface connects daily check-ins to a companion that gains XP, with appearance elements shown as unlockable at progression levels. Settings include five selectable voice styles, menstrual-cycle tracking, reminders, and a Cocoon pause; the page says notifications become available after installing the app on a phone. Optional AI settings list Mistral, Groq, OpenRouter, and local Ollama.
