Prepárate Perú: El Niño readiness for Lima and Callao
A local preparedness page pairs El Niño risk information and emergency contacts with a linked app and prevention kits for delivery in Lima and Callao.
- For
- Residents and organizations in Lima and Callao
- Worth noticing
- The homepage cites ENFEN’s 15 October 2026 communiqué and lists seven emergency numbers, from 105 to 119.
Field notes
The public page pairs an ENFEN alert with plain-language explanations of coastal El Niño impacts and emergency contacts, including police, firefighters, SAMU and Línea 100. It lists districts such as Carabayllo, Cieneguilla and Ate, while describing the linked app as able to refine alerts to a user's block using location. Preparedness kits are listed from S/ 31.05, with 12–48-hour delivery across Lima and Callao; those app and delivery capabilities are presented by the site, not independently verified here.
