- People who care for or feed cats

- The proposed care network avoids exact locations and rankings; the site says no app or code exists yet.
Field notes
The public site is a growing notebook of stories about individual cats and idea pages prompted by those stories. It says conversations with cat caregivers have already shaped new stories and ideas, and invites visitors to book a chat. The first software is explicitly deferred until the project has shaped its ideas with the people who care for cats; the page also links to the project’s GitHub.
