- For
- MIDI controller players seeking a standalone synth
- Worth noticing
- The workshop says each instrument is tested and calibrated before shipping, and its builder signs the inside of the case.
Field notes
The page says controller knobs can be mapped to the instrument, alongside note and performance inputs including velocity, pitch bend, and mod wheel. Each commission moves from a discussion of the player's setup to a design and quote, then a hand-built instrument that Arcadia says is tested and calibrated before shipping. The workshop describes ready-made models as still in development, with no off-the-shelf designs currently available.
