- For
- Romanian creators working outside formal art circles, and people who know them
- Worth noticing
- It seeks long-practiced work, family-held pieces, and referrals from relatives, neighbors, clergy, therapists, teachers, and social workers.
Field notes
The page explains that the gallery treats art brut as individual symbolic worlds made outside the art establishment, not as a style or diagnosis. Its Romanian search includes work kept by families, creators who have died, and referrals from neighbors, clergy, teachers, therapists, and social workers; it says photographs are taken only with consent, used internally, and deleted on request.
