- For
- Dutch homebuyers planning renovations in SketchUp
- Worth noticing
- The preview distinguishes exact measurements from dimensions estimated from a floor-plan image, which the site says should be checked.
Field notes
The workflow starts with a Funda listing link; its preview reports the number of floors and the measurement source before checkout. The delivered .dae file is arranged in centimeters, with groups for each floor and room. The site says it retains models for 30 days, and notes that SketchUp Free on the web and SketchUp for iPad cannot open this file format.
