Field notes
The map can be searched for nearby facilities or along a planned route, and its RTog reviews split feedback into cleanliness, privacy, smell, and amenities rather than relying only on an overall star rating. Pins are grouped into unrated, bad, average, good, and best; the page sets “Best” at 4.0+ with at least two reviews. The site reports more than 120,000 businesses and rest areas across six upper-Midwest states, though the homepage extract does not independently establish that coverage.
