Field notes
The page describes room-by-room photo capture, including separate images of an object’s marks or labels; it says uploads can wait until connectivity returns. Its example research view gives a confidence level and cites three comparable sales or listings, with a specialist referral when the maker may need confirmation. The site says AI-filled details are marked and remain corrected after a user edits them; the iPhone capture app is still listed as forthcoming.
