- For
- Musicians looking for approachable music-making software
- Worth noticing
- The page says up to 500 steps of knob, sound, and tape edits can be undone.
Field notes
The page lays out a complete music-making workflow: play notes from a keyboard or MIDI controller, build drum parts and loops, then edit and mix them across four tape tracks. It lists eight synth engines and says the tape runs for up to six minutes. Songs save with their sounds and samples in a .tapey project file, with WAV and FLAC export also described.
