Why it surfaced

This Phase 1 alpha is aimed at the awkward moment when a vendor hands code to a customer: it records tool versions, checks, findings, and operator review outside either side’s CI. The site is unusually explicit about its limits—no IDE scanner, no AI black box, no compliance certificate—and says its samples are fixtures rather than paying-client deliveries.
