An interactive resilience map lets people explore housing, energy, natural hazards, and economic-development evidence across Puerto Rico’s 78 municipalities.

Why it surfaced

Resiliencia PR turns fragmented local data into a municipality-by-municipality public resource, with layers for rent burden, grid reliability, FEMA risk, social vulnerability, and Act 60 context. Its evidence-reading assistant, P. Rabit, is designed to explain the data while acknowledging its limits.

The Largest Cat Has No Number

August 14’s newborn domains include an unnumbered giant among thirteen catalogued glossy cats, a shareable Visual Snow Syndrome simulator, two independent Colombian relief directories, and a snail farm with races, courtship, and its own Gazette.
