Webshotter treats emoji rendering as a browser problem rather than a CSS detail: each request selects a separate emoji environment and returns a PNG from one endpoint. The site also makes unusually concrete promises for a screenshot service, including byte-identical output, pinned Chrome, honest HTTP failures, and SSRF protection.
