An open benchmark tests whether language models can use Vedic birth charts to make predictions about a person’s life, rather than merely describe the chart accurately.

Why it surfaced

The project separates chart facts from claims about a person, gives models real questions dated before the outcome, and scores vague non-answers as non-answers. It also withdrew its first model ranking after discovering that the scoring measured the wrong task—a rare and unusually explicit piece of research self-correction.
