Why it surfaced

This pre-alpha runtime deliberately skips Chromium and WebView, consuming the static output produced by tools such as Vite instead. Its documentation is unusually candid about the trade-offs: a limited browser API, no sandbox or same-origin policy, and native access to windows, dialogs, the clipboard and operating-system data.
