A Korean neighborhood weather tool that checks Korea Meteorological Administration lightning observations every five minutes and sends device alerts when thunder and lightning approach a registered location.

Why it surfaced

썬더미리 is built around a precise household problem: knowing about approaching storms before a frightened dog—or its guardian—is already in panic. Alongside lightning alerts, it offers short-term rain forecasts and a pre-walk check, with unusually careful instructions for enabling browser notifications on iPhone, Android, and PC.
