Why it surfaced

Floutt says images are never uploaded, and its export removes EXIF metadata along the way. The site also gives the right warning: blur and pixelation may be partly reconstructable, so genuinely sensitive details such as IBANs, passwords, and keys should get a black bar or solid mask instead.
