An anonymous reporting site that records bribes demanded by offices across India, organized by department, city, state, amount, and outcome.

Why it surfaced

The site treats bribery reports as a public dataset rather than private complaints: visitors can browse a transparency map, compare departments, and submit an account without signing up. Its unusually specific promise is to record not only what was demanded, but what happened when someone refused; the homepage also explains that the earlier bribes.fyi project went offline and that 41 archived reports were recovered.

The Song Resumes After the Story

August 19’s newborn domains include a Hawaiʻi road-trip radio that resumes each song after a GPS-triggered story, an offline Chattanooga recovery map, a 100 KiB operating system running Doom, and an archive of 169,588 Discord roleplay messages.

This is one of 1,000 discoveries in the 2026-08-19 Domain Arrivals issue.
