EATLAS is a visual archive that treats everyday ingredients as numbered specimens, combining botanical knowledge, cooking technique, flavour pairings, waste reduction, and recipes.

Why it surfaced

Its five-part method moves each ingredient from observation to action: atlas, use, discover, waste not, and try. The opening specimen is a lemon, while the project promises a new ingredient every day and frames food knowledge as something to collect rather than simply scroll past.
