Why it surfaced

SayCtrl treats dictation as an action layer rather than a speech-to-text box: say “take a screenshot” mid-sentence and the image lands at the cursor, or say “attach the PDF from downloads” and it does that too. The page also makes unusually concrete promises about offline models, spoken formatting, code-editor restraint, and live transcription.
